So the name is pretty much in public domain and anyone can use it. He does not need ANY permission for using that name because it is not a trademark nor copyrighted. So I really don't see how this is an issue. I even doubt you can trademark the name "armed conflict". It is just a generic name for a generic military shooter plenty of them use terms related to military, weaponry, battles or two of them together to form a name. There is plenty of games called "armed conflict" and the one you linked was not the first one of it. First off all, "armed conflict" is a very generic term.
